About the role
We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter & HR Specialist to help us scale our team and hire top talent in the web3 space. This role is critical to our growth and requires someone who understands technical hiring, can manage end-to-end recruitment, and is skilled at evaluating candidates for both technical and leadership positions. There's also potential for a long-term engagement handling various HR management responsibilities.
The role is:

Your responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding the following key roles at Chainlabs:
- Data Engineer
- Data Analyst
- Chief Operating Officer
- Business Development Manager
- Actively source and engage top-tier talent through LinkedIn Recruiter/SN, job boards, and online referrals
- Administer structured coding challenges using platforms like HackerRank or CoderPad
- Evaluate engineering talent based on their CV
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate conversion rates) and propose improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and quality
- Implement innovative recruiting techniques using ChatGPT and Notion-based applicant tracking systems
- Successful candidates may transition into a long-term position handling broader HR responsibilities, including performance reviews, training programs, and organizational structure optimization.
