Position Overview:
We are recruiting one or more Cybercrime and OSINT Analysts to advise our remote team. In this part time role, you will train our existing team of analysts to detect threat actors online. Depending on availability, you may also conduct research in various contexts such as Darknet markets, terrorist financing, scams, and CSAM. This is a part-time, flexible role with an expected commitment of around 5 to 15 hours per week. Compensation is competitive, with the option to be paid in fiat or cryptocurrency.

Key Responsibilities
- Help us reference illegal activities across various domains (Darknet Markets, Terrorism Financing, Scams, CSAM, Exploit, Cybercrime, Hawala & informal Banking, and more).
- Train our team of analysts to discover new cybercrime entities online and help us document our standard operating procedures (SOPs) to make such discovery a routine part of our work.
- Conduct undercover research to infiltrate and understand illicit networks operating on the Darknet and other online platforms.
- Utilize OSINT techniques and tools to identify key actors and suspicious wallets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, threats, and methods in illicit cryptocurrency activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our labeling database.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports on emerging threats, including identifying major players in illicit online networks.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
