The Role

We’re hiring two Operations Team Leads to manage two of our most dynamic verticals:

• Regional Exchanges (REX) – online exchanges restricted to specific countries or regions
• Over-the-Counter Desks (OTC) – brokers and trading desks that facilitate private transactions

Each Operations Team Lead acts as the business owner for their vertical: defining strategy, managing analysts, improving workflows, and ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs that meet our strict data quality standards.

You’ll lead a large remote team consisting of full-time, part-time and a high volume of freelancers, set goals and priorities, track delivery, and continuously refine how your vertical runs - blending research, project management, operations, and innovation to scale faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead category ownership across multiple blockchain intelligence verticals : from data collection and validation to ingestion, enrichment, and final review for accuracy and completeness
• Onboard freelance contributors: Identify, vet, and train new tracers or freelancers across regions; manage feedback and payments.
• Manage freelance contributors; assign tasks, set expectations, and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Design and implement data pipelines, coordinating with engineering to automate scraping and metadata ingestion
