Chainlabs is a data startup focused on de-anonymizing the blockchain. We are the largest data labels broker in the web3 space. We make web3 safer by identifying blockchain addresses linked to cybercrime activities.
Our primary clients include web3 analytics companies such as Coinbase and Nansen, as well as law enforcement, traders, and academic researchers.
We’re doubling revenue YoY and need an operations leader who can turn process debt into a reliable delivery engine.
What you’ll own
- Delivery & SLAs – convert client requirements into tickets, prioritise, assign, and track to closure.
- Operating system – stand up and maintain Notion/Linear (or tool of your choice) with clear workflows, status definitions and dashboards.
- Quality & Documentation – enforce SOPs; every edge-case decision captured within 48 h.
- Team performance – lead 10-20 analysts through squad leads; run 1-1s, PIPs, succession planning, hiring and exits.
- Process improvement – partner with Engineering to automate data ingestion, QC scripts and reporting.
- Client success (select accounts) – join requirement calls, communicate ETAs, and turn feedback into backlog items.
- Risk & intel radar – keep Chainlabs ahead of emerging crypto-crime tactics and compliance rules.
We’re looking for
- 3+ years running operations or intelligence teams in AML, cyber-threat or data-as-a-service companies.
- Proven turnaround stories – you’ve fixed a messy backlog, built SOPs and met aggressive SLAs.
- Expertise with Agile / Kanban and the metrics that matter (cycle-time, throughput, error-rate).
- Fluent in Data analysis for quick data digs; comfortable briefing engineers.
